This is the best cheese fondue I have ever had. This restaurant is top rated for a reason. The attention to detail and service is first rate. Make sure to reserve well in advance of your visit as the restaurant can fill up fast. Top items include the raclette and the blue cheese fondue.
One word for this restaurant - WOW ! If you're looking for something different to eat with a trip to Switzerland, this is your spot. The owner, walks around with his ''meule'' (round cheese) and shares his culture as well as his mom's recipes :) Just a delight. For those who are intolerant to lactose, it might not be the best place to go to ;)
Amazingly good food (coming from Germany I know how Swiss fondue has to taste), great service with employees/owners loving what they are doing and enough flexibility to find a table despite of being fully booked out (as always I feel). Also, I love the concept of the included taxes and tip in the marked prices - makes it so much easier at the end. If I lived in this city, I would come to Ah La Vache many times...
