We arrived to Baie Saint Paul area relatively late, so didn't have a chance to make reservations at any of the fancier restaurants in the area, but we chanced upon this place and very glad we did. It was open relatively late, accepting new customers up to 10 PM. The waiters spoke good English and provided excellent service. The food was nothing special, but we were hungry so it was good for what it was. The food is closer to diner style food, than fine dining, but then again that's what we expected and even wanted at this hour. The salads and pasta were very good and the drinks were OK. The place also has TVs, outdoor seating and the place had a generally dynamic and cool atmosphere. I'd def recommend it if you are hungry and don't require fine dining.
Great beers. Food is amazing but sadly "bar food" sized. You can order enough for a meal but it's more of a side for your beers. That being said, everything tastes great and the recipes are original. We had the poutine and some desert along with the 8x beer tasters and some desert. It was a really fun experience. Ask the staff more details about the beers and they will tell you a story for every one of them. If you are a tourist, do yourself a favor and visit this place. You will get to enjoy some of Quebec's microbrewery culture. It will open a new world for you and you will want to visit all of the province's microbreweries.
We were visiting & looking for a place to eat. We were not disappointed; fresh beer and tasty food at a reasonable price. They have a wide menu for a pub, and the food left me satisfied.If you are in town, this is a good place to stop.
Nice place. Quite busy. I wouldn't recommend the poutine. It was stangely sweet... Which is just wrong. Also the cheese curds had been refrigerated.
Nice pub with a great selection of local beers. Food choices are more limited to poutine, burgers and pasta. The burger are good. Not the fries. Staffs are friendly. And attentive. Services are fast. I suggest them to improve the food selection menu.
