Loved our experience at Faux Bergers. The food was delicious and inventive and we were warmly received. A wonderful dining adventure.
Les prix sont levs mais l'exprience est ne pas manquer. Tous les produits sont local. Il n'y a pas de menu, c'est selon l'inspiration du chef. Je suggre l'accord mets et vins. Le dcor est champtre ce qui ajoute l'exprience. Il faut absolument rserver car les places sont limites.
Incredible experience in charlevoix! Farm to table tasting menu, everybody eat the same thing at the same time, with a wine pairing option wich was definitely worth it ! Make sure you make reservation though they are often fully booked and they do only one seating per night !

This is a very special experience! They serve about (after a while I lose count) six courses of unique local dishes and each one is introduced by a by the chef. I could go on, but if you are in Charlevoix go see for yourself and visit this farm restaurant. Check out their website. .
